We have had so many wonderful things happen over the last few days, I am just bursting to share! Firstly our visit with Leonardo went so well. Our dear friend Huc came dressed complete with Italian accent and armed with so many facts it was also an educational experience for me! My daughter was instantly transported back to renaissance time with my son following closely behind. My dc asked some very well thought out questions of which Leonardo new every answer. Leonardo did some experiments with them like measuring their combined arm spans(which is supposed to equal your height) it worked with all of us with the exception of Leonardo himself. My dd quite happily suggested that indeed Leonardo was most likely shrinking as he is VERY old. I am so grateful to have such a wonderful friend who went well above and beyond my wildest expectations.
