I wanted to take a moment to introduce myself and my family. My name is Erin, and we have lived in North Carolina for three years. It is a great place, although I am still getting used to not having snow around me during the winter time!
I am a mother to three wonderful boys, and one precious girl. My boys are 9, 7 1/2, and 4. My daughter is 18months. I've been homeschooling since they were born, with a few panic moments of school thrown in. I am so excited to start this adventure, as we have been needing a bit of a change in our routine, and I have been needing a good excuse to play with my kids. I really value Thomas Jefferson Educational ideas, and I feel this fits very well with that. I am hoping to more fully learn how to be inspiring.
I am looking forward to seeing your photos and blog entries of what you are doing. I see this as a wonderful way to have accountability
and inspiration all in one spot! This picture is almost a year old already, but I thought I might at well make it real and let you see who we are. So far I'm only a little behind schedule, so that's not too bad! My kids know something is up, but they can't quite figure out what. It has been fun letting little bits and pieces out of the bag, and see their minds start trying to put it together. Our first day will be starting on Tuesday of next week, so I will keep you posted on how it goes.
